Privacy Policy
Information according to Paragraph 13 of the Legislative Decree n° 196 of 30 June 2003, “Personal Data Protection Code”.
It is necessary to acquire some of your personal data, possibly also data of sensitive nature, in connection with our selection process regarding your job application or your access to data. You will find here following information regarding the processing of your data as called for by current law.
Purpose of data processing
Any personal data acquired will be used exclusively for the recruiting and personnel selection activities in the interest of Peroni Pompe SpA and of the companies directly and indirectly controlled by it, as well as in the interest of its subsidiaries.
Personal data will be used also by companies that carry out recruiting activities on behalf of Peroni Pompe SpA and the companies directly and indirectly controlled by it or on behalf of Peroni’s subsidiaries.
Identification data acquired during data access will be used only to enable Peroni Pompe SpA to answer the messages it received.
The insertion of data into the system is at your discretion; if data or your consensus to its processing should be missing, Peroni Pompe will not be able to start with its selection process or to answer any of the queries posted. Furthermore data can be processed in the cases provided and for the purposes foreseen by Paragraph 24 of the Privacy Law (e.g., to fulfil obligations by the law), even without approval of the person involved.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files which are sent by your computer from internet together with the data or the info which you effectively requested. The cookie will be memorized on the computer in such a way that it can be retrieved afterwards.
Cookies are used in some fields. They can be also used in the related pages, without us having informed you in advance.
In some cases, connected to but not limited to log-in procedures, the cookies of the session are necessary and we use them in order to simplify processes.

Validity

Data is subject to all the processing operations as under Paragraph 4 of the Privacy Law, on paper and/or by electronic means, however in such a manner to guarantee privacy and to avoid its loss, destruction or any non-authorized access or processing.
Categories of Subjects to whom data may be and/or must be communicated and range of data diffusion
Recipients of data, besides our operating units, the personnel of which has been specifically entrusted with data processing, can be Peroni Pompe SpA and the companies directly or indirectly controlled by it or its subsidiaries, in order to evaluate the eventual candidates that have been selected. Furthermore personal data can be communicated to external companies that perform recruiting services on behalf of Peroni Pompe.
Personal data will not be subject of diffusion.
Rights, Data Controller and Data Processor
Paragraph 7 of the Law recognizes your right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exists and to be informed about contents and source, as well as to verify its exactness or to ask for integration or updating or any rectification. Furthermore you have got the right to ask its erasure, its anonymization or the blocking of the data processed, in case of any unlawful data processing, and to object to its processing for legitimate reasons.
Data Controller is Peroni Pompe SpA, registered office in Via Tacito 4-3, Corsico, 20094. Data Processor is, among others, the Person in Charge for Recruiting, domiciled at the offices of Peroni Pompe Spa in Via Tacito 4-3, Corsico, 20094, to whom you can revert in order to exercise your rights of which above and to obtain the complete list of data processors.
Consensus
Having read the statement on the processing of personal data of which above, I consent to the processing of my personal data, including data of sensitive nature, for the purposes and with the modalities as indicated above, including its communication to Peroni Pompe SpA and to the companies directly or indirectly controlled by it or its subsidiaries.
