Das Projekt hat tiefe Wurzeln, die bis in die Jahre 1978\/79<\/b> zur\u00fcckreichen, als Peroni-Pumpen f\u00fcr den Betrieb der D\u00fcngemittelfabrik Pro-Agroindustria <\/b>in Mexiko<\/b> installiert wurden. Diese Pumpen waren bis 1993\/95 mit voller Kapazit\u00e4t in Betrieb, als die politischen Ver\u00e4nderungen im Land zur Einstellung der Aktivit\u00e4ten f\u00fchrten. Die Anlage blieb etwa 20 Jahre lang<\/b> inaktiv, w\u00e4hrend derer die Vegetation auf dem Gel\u00e4nde und sogar in den Maschinen wuchs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Wiederbelebung des Projekts<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Im Jahr 2015 f\u00fchrte ein neuer politischer Wandel in Mexiko zu der Entscheidung, die Anlage zu restaurieren. Pro-Agroindustria<\/b> verlangte, dass die vorhandenen Maschinen nicht ersetzt, sondern repariert und aufger\u00fcstet werden. Die 12 Pumpen<\/b> wurden daraufhin aus Mexiko abtransportiert und nach Italien in die Anlage in Gaeta gebracht, wo sie komplett restauriert wurden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prozess der Wiederherstellung<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Pumpen blieben etwa 6 Monate lang in der Gaeta-Anlage<\/b>. In dieser Zeit wurden alle verschlissenen Teile ersetzt und die Maschinen wieder voll funktionsf\u00e4hig gemacht. Sobald die Restaurierung abgeschlossen war, wurden die Pumpen nach Mexiko zur\u00fcckgebracht und vor Ort aufbewahrt, um auf die vollst\u00e4ndige Restaurierung der Anlage zu warten. <\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die von Saipem beaufsichtigten<\/b> Sanierungsarbeiten an der Anlage gipfelten in der Inbetriebnahme 2018\/19. Die Anlage wurde wieder in Betrieb genommen und war 2 Jahre lang ununterbrochen in Betrieb. Ein weiterer politischer Wechsel f\u00fchrte jedoch zu einer erneuten Aussetzung der Aktivit\u00e4ten bis 2023, als die Anlage wieder in Betrieb genommen wurde und derzeit funktionsf\u00e4hig ist. <\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Das Ergebnis:<\/b> Der Endverbraucher, Pro-Agroindustria<\/b>, war \u00e4u\u00dferst zufrieden damit, dass das Design aus den 1970er Jahren nicht ver\u00e4ndert werden musste und die volle Funktionalit\u00e4t der urspr\u00fcnglichen Maschinen wiederhergestellt wurde. \n
2. Unterst\u00fctzung und Hilfe:<\/b> Unsere Bereitschaft, Ersatzteile und Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr die vor mehr als 30 Jahren gelieferten Pumpenaggregate bereitzustellen, war entscheidend f\u00fcr den Erfolg des Projekts.
