Peroni Pompe, in cooperation with Jetech International LLC (part of the Peroni Group), designs and manufactures diesel-driven waterjetting skids specifically developed for offshore use. These systems are built to deliver high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure performance in compact, explosion-proof configurations that meet the demanding requirements of offshore and hazardous environments.
The offshore waterjetting skid is a self-contained unit equipped with a Jetech high-pressure pump, diesel engine, control system and optional water tank.
It is designed for continuous duty, with low maintenance requirements and high operational reliability, ensuring safe and efficient performance during cleaning, surface preparation and maintenance tasks.
The design follows offshore standards and certification requirements (CE, DNV, NORSOK, and others) and can be tailored for compliance with DNVGL-ST-E271and DNVGL-ST-E272 guidelines.
Each unit can be configured to meet ATEX Zone 2 or equivalent explosion-proof standards, including integrated fire suppression and gas detection systems (3G SAFE) to ensure safe operation in classified areas without the need for exhaust flame traps.
